Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing talent function. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates while enabling the rapid deployment of finance professionals across advisory and project engagements.
You will play a central role in coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting delivery across multiple mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Pipeline Management
- Source, screen, and coordinate finance talent across CFO, FD, and specialist roles
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines within internal systems/CRM
- Schedule and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to placement
Client & Delivery Support
- Work closely with the advisory and sales teams to understand hiring requirements
- Support the fulfilment of client mandates with speed and accuracy
- Track role progress, candidate status, and reporting metrics
- Assist in matching candidates to project-based and interim opportunities
Operational Excellence
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation standards
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates/consultants
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and efficiency
Market Engagement
- Support LinkedIn outreach and talent engagement campaigns
- Build relationships with finance professionals across key markets
- Contribute to talent pool development aligned with CFO HQ growth strategy
Key Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or resourcing
- Experience in finance recruitment or professional services is highly desirable
- Exposure to interim, contract, or project-based hiring is a plus
Skills
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and understanding of client needs
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, and MS Office tools
