What will the Treasury Manager role involve?
Leading cash and liquidity management to ensure optimal cash flow and forecasting accuracy, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives
Managing banking relationships and credit facilities, including negotiations and compliance with loan agreements, to support ongoing operational needs
Analysing cash flow variances and preparing detailed reports to inform senior management decisions
Collaborating on short-term investments of surplus cash to maximise returns while maintaining risk controls
Driving improvements in treasury processes and systems, fostering automation, and enhancing financial controls to support business growth
Suitable Candidate for the Treasury Manager vacancy:
Proven experience in treasury management, ideally within retail or during significant corporate changes such as mergers or refinancing
Professional qualifications such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
Strong analytical skills with a focus on cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and covenant reporting
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience working with financial institutions or parent companies
Technically proficient with treasury systems, with a passion for automation and process improvement
