What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Oversee the financial management of two UK entities within a diversified group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Lead integration of financial processes and systems across the UK companies, driving efficiency and accuracy

Manage cash flow forecasting, including delivering weekly 13-week rolling forecasts to senior leadership and operational teams

Provide strategic insights into business performance through detailed analysis and scenario planning

Support the growth and development of a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high standards

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience in multi-site SME settings and currency dealings

Proven track record of managing financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow within manufacturing or similar sectors

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and scrutinise data, delivering actionable insights

Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and operational managers

A proactive, self-starting approach with resilience to handle challenging forecasts and business queries
