The CFO HQ is expanding its international network and is looking for commercially minded professionals to join our flexible Ambassador Programme. The programme is designed for experienced sales, recruitment, finance, professional services and networking professionals who want to build opportunities around their existing commitments, networks and markets.
Ambassadors may select one, two or all three tracks, depending on their experience, relationships and interests.
Choose Your Ambassador Track
1. Events Ambassador
Represent The CFO HQ at relevant conferences, exhibitions, business forums, networking events and professional gatherings. Build senior relationships, identify prospective clients and introduce organisations to The CFO HQ.
Ideal for: confident networkers, event professionals, consultants, finance professionals and well-connected business people who regularly attend finance, investment, private equity, technology, HR, compliance or leadership events.
2. Sales & Business Development Ambassador
Identify and originate opportunities for The CFO HQ’s advisory and professional services. Engage CFOs, CEOs, business owners, investors and other senior decision-makers and introduce relevant CFO HQ capabilities.
Opportunities can span CFO Advisory, Fractional CFO support, Finance Transformation, Deals & Due Diligence, Managed Finance Services, Risk & Compliance and our Expert Network.
Ideal for: business development professionals, senior sales executives, independent consultants, portfolio professionals and finance or professional-services executives with strong commercial networks.
3. Recruitment & Talent Ambassador
Develop relationships with employers and identify permanent, interim, fractional and project-based hiring requirements across finance, accounting, tax, risk and compliance.
Work with The CFO HQ to convert qualified introductions into recruitment mandates and talent assignments.
Ideal for: recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, HR specialists, former recruitment consultants and commercially minded finance professionals with employer relationships.
One Programme. Multiple Ways to Participate.
You do not need to choose only one route. An Events Ambassador who identifies a recruitment requirement can originate the opportunity. A Recruitment & Talent Ambassador who uncovers a finance transformation need can introduce that opportunity. Our objective is to make it easy for ambassadors to create value across the wider CFO HQ platform.

Flexible by Design
This is not a conventional 9-to-5 role. Participation can range from a few hours each week to selected events, several days each month or a more substantial portfolio commitment. Opportunities may be remote, market-based or in person.

Previous sales or recruitment experience is advantageous, but commercial judgement, credibility and the ability to open meaningful conversations are equally important.
International Opportunities
We are particularly interested in building ambassador coverage across the United Kingdom, Europe, GCC, Central Asia, Africa and selected international growth markets, including major commercial centres and locations where ambassadors have strong local networks.
Earnings & Rewards
The programme is performance-based with uncapped earning potential. Ambassadors can earn commission from successfully originated opportunities, including recruitment placements, interim and fractional appointments, CFO Advisory engagements, finance transformation projects, deals and due diligence assignments, risk and compliance mandates, Expert Network engagements and managed finance services.
Because CFO HQ engagements can range from individual placements to substantial advisory mandates, a successful introduction can create meaningful commission income.
