Country Finance Director – The Role:

Reporting directly to the Global HQ, the Country Finance Director will provide strategic and operational financial leadership across a large and dynamic business. This is a highly visible executive role with responsibility for supporting commercial performance, ensuring strong financial governance, and providing insight that helps drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team.

Country Finance Director – Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and strategic growth

Lead all aspects of finance, governance, compliance, risk management and financial control

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the business

Country Finance Director – You:

An experienced finance leader with a proven track record in senior financial management roles

Commercially astute with the ability to influence decision-making and provide strategic financial insight

Capable of leading teams and operating effectively within a large, complex and internationally focused organisation

Fully qualified accountant
