Leicester – Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote

£55,000 + Bonus

We're working with a large, multi-site UK business undergoing continued growth and transformation, looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll act as a true business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenging performance and helping drive profitability, efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Duties of the Finance Manager

Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance and profitability.

Deliver insightful reporting, analysis and KPI dashboards to support key business decisions.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, trends and areas for operational improvement.

Lead and support business improvement and efficiency projects.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, overhead management and capital expenditure.

Present financial information and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.

Help strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting.

About You

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.

Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.

Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insight.

Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
