Benjamin Edwards is recruiting on behalf of an established and successful organisation for an experienced Finance Business Partner. This role offers a varied mix of financial analysis, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical finance with commercial awareness.

The Role

Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.

Produce accurate management information, financial reports and performance analysis.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

Analyse financial results, identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance.

Support business decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Work with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial understanding and reporting.

Help develop and improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.

Contribute to month-end and year-end activities.

The Ideal Candidate

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.

Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Able to influence and support colleagues across different areas of the business.

Proactive, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work.

A positive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
