Biography

Riaan is a COO/CFO with 29 years of institutional experience, leading operations and finance for hedge funds, asset managers, family offices and investment start-ups. He has scaled multi-asset trading infrastructure from seed capital to $3.9bn AUM, and built operational frameworks at ADG Capital Management from the ground up, alongside running the largest German fixed-income options market maker on Eurex. He led teams across London, Dubai and Malta, managing prime broker and regulatory relationships across the FCA, NFA & SEC.
