Commercial Finance Manager

An established and highly successful business is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join its senior leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving performance, and influencing key operational decisions across a diverse and growing organisation.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing commercially focused financial insight, supporting strategic decision making, and leading an established finance function.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial leadership with a genuine ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and identify opportunities for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and operational decision making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities
• Deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and business performance reviews
• Drive financial controls, governance and risk management processes
• Support commercial initiatives through robust financial evaluation and modelling
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team
• Oversee statutory compliance, audit activity and company governance requirements
• Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities across the organisationYou will bring:
