Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis

Job Role:

Partnering with operational teams and senior leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making

Analysing KPIs and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in line with business strategy and market conditions

Producing monthly management information, including regional P&L, variance analysis, performance reports and financial commentary

Providing profitability and margin analysis while supporting business cases for investment, growth and cost-saving opportunities

Supporting cost management, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation

Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and wider operational practices

Skills and experience

Demonstrating previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercially focused finance role

Possessing strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience

Demonstrating experience producing and interpreting P&L and variance analysis

Providing commercial insight around profitability, margins, costs and business performance

Building strong relationships with operational and senior stakeholders and confidently influencing decision-making

Demonstrating excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights

Showing a proactive approach to process improvement, problem-solving and supporting business growth
