What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Leading the organisation’s finance business partnering function, providing strategic insights to support decision-making at senior level

Developing and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure long-term sustainability

Producing management reports and analytical insights to inform operational strategies and enhance financial performance

Supporting business development activities, including pricing models, negotiations, and contractual review

Building and developing the finance team, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and fostering financial literacy across the organisation

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

Qualified finance professional or experienced equivalent with a solid background in finance business partnering and strategic planning

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support organisational decision-making through insightful financial analysis

Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls and governance

Passionate about using finance to contribute to organisational mission and positive social impact
