Michael Pare are exclusively supporting a brilliant business in the Rugby area in their search for a Finance Business Partner.

Our client is an established manufacturing business in Rugby and looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a commercially focused finance role. The successful Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational stakeholders to support with influencing business decisions.

The successful Finance Business Partner will have worked in a similar position and be qualified (CIMA / ACCA) or working towards their qualification.

This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their commercial finance and business partnering experience in a manufacturing environment in Rugby.

Description

Finance Business Partner:

Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support

Produce and present monthly management information

Supporting with budgeting and forecasting

Provide detailed analysis of financial and operational performance

Investigate variances against budget and forecast

Developing KPIs and reporting

Supporting cost control

Provide financial modelling

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be working towards an Accounting qualification

Experience in a commercial finance role or working in a position which includes Business Partnering.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Job Offer

Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000

Permanent position based in Rugby.
