What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

Analysing financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supplying senior management with actionable insights

Collaborating with curriculum leaders and budget holders to ensure financial accountability and support continuous improvement

Implementing financial models to evaluate funding arrangements, staffing structures, capital investments, and new commercial initiatives

Producing comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate transparent communication with trustees, senior leaders, and internal teams, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience in a senior finance role

Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial planning processes within a dynamic organisational context

Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving and strategic thinking

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Adaptable, with a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous professional development
