Head of Finance

An established well respected organisation based in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their team. What will the Head of Finance role involve?

Leading the strategic financial planning and budget management

Overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of finance systems and processes

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial control and reporting

Providing insightful analysis and reporting to inform decision-making at senior levels

Driving continuous improvements in financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy:

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with a demonstrable strong understanding of finance systems, ERP, or financial management software

Excellent analytical, strategic, and organisational skills

Ability to lead change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working
