Senior Business Analyst – Asset Management (Aladdin Lead)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in BlackRock Aladdin to drive complex transformation initiatives and lead high-performing delivery teams across our asset management client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across front-to-back investment operations
- Own and drive strategic initiatives involving Aladdin implementation, optimisation, and integration
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts (onshore/offshore)
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
- Define target operating models, process improvements, and scalable solutions
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery execution
- Lead UAT, change management, and stakeholder communication at senior levels
Leadership & Delivery
- Provide direction, oversight, and quality assurance across BA deliverables
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Support resource planning and team scaling across multiple engagements
- Drive best practices in documentation, governance, and delivery standards
Key Requirements
- Extensive Asset Management experience (buy-side essential)
- Deep, hands-on expertise with BlackRock Aladdin across multiple modules
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or system implementation programmes
- Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle, portfolio management, and risk analytics
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of Business Analysts
- Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite and senior leadership
Desirable
- Experience with multi-system environments (e.g., Charles River, SimCorp, Bloomberg)
- Exposure to data architecture, integration, and cloud-based solutions
- Agile / hybrid delivery experience
