Finance Business Partner

A charity based in Gloucester is currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Duties will include:

Work closely with budget holders building trust, relationships and providing timely financial insight

Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting cycle

Communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues

Assist with management accenting month end process

Financial planning and financial forecasting

Assist with year end audit

Utilise advanced excel and analytical ability

The successful candidate will be studying their CIMA/ACCA and have worked in an accounting role previously. Excellent excel, analytical and relationship-building skills are also essential
