Financial Controller

Independently lead and close the consolidated month end close process

Assist on on-board and integrate the newly acquired businesses into Group whilst aligning them to Group standards.

Assistance on business combination and related acquisition accounting

Support the wider Finance team in the production of the monthly group financial packs in a timely manner

Enhance the quality of reporting available to senior leadership

Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, and by currency

Leading and assisting on treasury and cash management on a weekly basis

Preparing and overseeing the quarterly and annual tax computations for and with the external advisors

Assisting on the year-end audit process (along with rest of the team)

Oversee other external advisor's routine month end delivery requirements

Assisting with various ad hoc information requests, including:

Responding to periodic requests from private equity backers and external debt providers.

FX analysis

Analysis of intercompany balances, including loans and trading balances, unwinding of these as required

Manage a team of relevant staff and contribute to their learning and development
